Camp Nanowrimo
Updated: Aug 23, 2021
As I'd mentioned in my last post, I'm participating in Camp Nanowrimo with the first book in the four book series I'm planning. While I've got the first three books plotted, I had to go back and make sure the timelines fit, since I realized something wasn't working right in the third book. I've got the first book completely planned and am almost done with the second one. I will be working on those during the Camp Nanowrimo time as well.
Speaking of Camp Nanowrimo, I started last night at the stroke of midnight, since I was still awake. I managed to get two chapters done and start the third before I got too tired and went to bed. This morning, I completed chapter three and started chapter four. I am off to a great start! I hope I can continue this momentum and have this book done before the month is over!

I wanted to get the writing done as quickly as possible today since I want to watch a movie with my husband this afternoon and I didn't want it to delay my writing. Basically, any writing I do from here on out today is bonus words to get to the end quicker.
It also decided to snow today, what with it being April Fool's Day. The day before yesterday, it was in the seventies. Today, I'm seeing the snow flying, but it's not sticking to the ground. I figure this is Mother Nature's way of playing a prank on us, since by the weekend, it'll be in the seventies once more.
Just wanted to give you a little update on what's going on. Better get back to writing that book or else it will never get done! Talk to you soon! And keep it spooky!
